The booknook is made from wood, it is high quality and durable. Every piece is pre-cut and pre-colored, it mostly snaps together instead of being glued together. There is also a step by step colored instruction to follow it when set up.

The kit which started an obsession - and I wouldn't have it any other way! For someone who had never even heard of a book nook, it is a perfect start. The materials are great quality, instructions are clear, and with only one LED light to deal with, I would say that this is the ideal kit for a beginner.
